Default 350 chevy exhaust

how have you routed the exhaust around the steering rack tower on a 350 chevy conversion. looking for ideas to do mine.

mine has a tall tower so might have to change the rack before i can do anything

Default Muffler shop made mine

I had a local muffler shop carefully bend the exhaust down pipe on the drivers side (LHD) on my SBC.
I had tried a Suncoast down pipe, but it did not fit my car.. Just have to be careful to make room to
change the oil filter and miss the E brake stuff.

Sorry but I do not have a photo of this pipe...

mines RHD so its the starter side. do you have shortie headers or ram horns.

do you go chassis or block side of the rack tower

The P.O. of my series 1 put on 2 1/'2" pipe to the rear. however on the drivers side he used 2" past the steering rack into 2 1"2'. I believe this creates a restriction to the engine which results in drivers side manifold temps being 200 deg F higher. I want to get this corrected but have not made it a priority yet.
