Default 94 xj6 hesitation/bad throttle response

Hey guys how is goin? Well I have a 1994 XJ6 Vanden Plas and a few days ago I was driving on the freeway and as soon as I got off, my car started running very poor...Hesitation and now power...I have replaced the O2 sensor thinking that was the problem but no dice...Basicall what it does it takes a few cranks to start up usually and then once it catches it "seems" to run ok at idle but as soon as I try to give it gas it doesnt respond at all really feels like it might die out but doesnt and it sputters really bad and just missing all together...I was thining a bad fuel regulator or something to do with the throttle body maybe? Oh and when I do give it gas, it seems to backfire out of the air box a lot and yea that cant be a good thing. as well I got a Fuse 5 code on the dash when i checked the VCM and from what I seen online its the O2 sensor warmer relay but thats all I can find. If anyone else knows that that is, please let me know lol..any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank you all so much!
