A few options:
Original hard copies pop on ebay from time to time, although maybe not your exact model year. I do have a pdf of an owner's handbook saved that I can email to you if you send me your email address. I think it's maybe the 1988 model year of the Jaguar SIII v12, not the Daimler version if they issued their own.
I'd also recommend buying the Jaguar Heritage cd-rom JTP-1006 which seems to be a culmination and replacement of all of the previous Series I, II and III model cd-roms. It includes parts and service manuals, several versions of the owner and maintenance handbooks, paint brochures, even screensaver photos and misc literature for each of the Series. I think they stopped making the cd-rom just for the Series III V12 models but it's still available:
