AFM and throttle body cleaning
More cleaning advice please. I bought throttle body cleaner and assume I can spritz freely and wipe clean the plate and spindles, etc without worry.
But for the AFM I am paranoid since for today's MAFs there are tons of warnings about wrecking them with the wrong solvent. I know our primitive one has the air temp "nipple" on the intake...but how should I approach cleaning the AFM?
Can I spritz in the intake/output chambers or do I need to just be very careful and use rags and just wipe gently the inside. I saw a video of a rebuild with black cap off and nothing really "electronic" to damage?!?
Thanks again for the answers
