I have started putting back all items dismantled from the Jag, so far, here I am.
i tested the sunroof with it's control switch but could not completely closed, what do I need to check out?
I had a similar problem on an '84 and that is 'fiddly' to say the least.
If I recall, I removed the rear seat to loosen a clamp that holds the sunroof cables in place. That allows you to manually slide the sunroof panel forwards and backwards in place - one hand outside the car on top of the sunroof panel, one on the inside on the bottom of the panel. Use gloves or something on the inside to avoid staining the headliner material. I'd spray some silicone lubricant or similar on the sunroof tracks while you're at it. Then you want to fully close the sunroof before tightening up the plate that holds the sunroof cables in place. This should allow it to return to that position each time you close it using the motor/switch.
There are also some adjustments you can make to black plastic blocks on the sunroof tracks, if it's not closing properly. They alter the height of the panel and the length of travel I believe. I worked at mine for quite a while making small adjustments and eventually got it to close fully each time.
