Another use of the Seat Belt light
I have aftermarket seat belts and no wiring for them to indicate they are not hooked up.
So, today I used that dash light to indicate the AC was ON and the compressor was functioning. Got a chance to better learn Word and the Magnifier app to make the reverse colored new label.. a good day.
Just added the wires to ground and to the GN (Green/Brown large wire on the
bottom of the AC thermo switch.

Nice use of an existing light. What brand of steering wheel do you have on your car? Love it. I installed a Tazio Corse wheel with a Momo/Raid adapter but I am not happy. Steering wheel too far from the control levers. Looking for options to get the wheel closer to the control levers. A steering wheel with no dish.

In the first post "Just added the wires to ground and to the GN (Green/Brown large wire on the bottom of the AC thermo switch."
Actually I added new wires since the originals were cut off short at the fixture. ran the new Black one to a ground and routed the new Red one to join the GN wire on the Ranco switch that is the
thermostat for the S1 AC. There is no visible indicator that the AC compressor is actually working on a S1 - now I know when the thermostat has not cut off the compressor due to too low of a temp.
One of those things that "should have been there already"...
Now if there was a fix to make the Jaguar windshield wipers actually work like a modern car... mine work per the book specs but are still horrible, even with the Hella intermittent switch added.
