Default Brake pipe layout Series 1

Hi, we are trying to sort the brakes out on our 2.8, however, there seems to be a blockage somewhere. can anyone tell me where to find a diagram of the actual brake pipe layout, or can anyone describe where it goes to?

Thanks

Paul, Just what problems are you having? The brake circuit is simple, with one line off the master cylinder leading to the rear brakes the other to the front.
Perhaps you are having difficulty bleeding the rear brakes - if this is so, just leave one of the bleed nipples (with tube attached) open to gravity for a while. If the brake reservoir is full, then fluid should come out. If not you have a blockage and need to blow out the line with compressed air.
I have just fully overhauled my entire series1 brake system and blew all the lines out and flushed with methylated spirits.

Hi, Thanks for that. I have pressure from the master cylinder but no pressure at any of the 4 nipples. I presume that the pipes are all blocked. I cannot find the metal pipe that goes from the front of the car to the rear wheels. It disappears into the body, below the master cylinder.

UPDATE: We have discovered that the flexible pipes connecting to the discs are all blocked, so we will have to have new pipes made up. Hopefully, that will do the trick!
