Default Brake pipe specifications

With Spring almost being in the air, and a search for projects being underway, I am thinking of replacing all of the exposed brake lines on my 96 XJR. Whilst they still pass our annual MoT inspection, they appear to be the factory originals, and are thus 19 years old in a few weeks time.
My preference would have been to replace these with Jaguar sourced pipes, in the interests of originality, and more particularly appearance, as the pipes are supplied with all of the correct bends. Sadly, one pipe is not available (MNA5744AB), and if I am going to have to invest in the straightening / bending / flaring tools to make one pipe, it seems logical (not to mention less expensive) just to make all of the pipes myself. I am also planning to use cupronickel pipe, which should withstand the elements better than steel, although I can hardly complain after 19 years!
Having searched online for the specification of the pipe and fittings, I have yet to unearth anything which would strike me as completely definitive. Despite my initial expectation that the pipe would be metric, I have found a couple of references, to it being 3/16" outside diameter, and one to it being 3/8". I have yet to find anything on the fittings themselves, and whilst I am currently minded to reuse the existing ones, it seems sensible to have some spares handy, hence I need to know their size.
Can anyone advise?

Update:
The pipe is 3/16" outside diameter, with metric fittings.
