Chrome guage covers

I ran across these on an image search (no info supplied) and am curious if anyone has access to sourcing these. Thanks, Jim

Owner found them in the UK

I installed them and he decided the car needed dual AC vents.. no chrome around them yet as still looking for a chrome bezel the correct size.
The side vents have chrome bezels as well.
