Hello...new member here testing the forum waters for local Jag lump owners. I have a garage-queen 1983 XJ6 lump (94 LT1). Currently at "The Crossroad" of passing it on, or investing the time/$ to road worthiness. What say you? Cheers - Mark

I’m not that local, but there are few of us on here with the lt1 , I say keep it and enjoy it! Mines an 83 too , also with 94 lt1. But mines a little warmed over with more in the works! Plenty of knowledge here
to help you with any issues!!!

Do you still like the car Mark? If the engine runs well, and depending on the amount of other mechanical issues, I would keep it. I don't see the traditional rust at the bottom of the windscreen and the body look good. Only you can decide if you have the love, money, and time to put it back on the road. Yours is a much nicer candidate than I started with.

My car is quite similar. 83 in Grosvenor brown Donoor car a 94Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Huge advewnture in making the installation.
