Installing a drain plug is common but decide *where* to drill the hole after the pan is off

Neither does my 4.2 XK!

Unfortunately, it's my locally built Ford that has mild incontinence...

Clarke:


1. OK, but, the slick 4.2 car was just rejuvenated. Nice and fresh! Whilst the 5.7 in my Jaguar dates back to 1994. Original as far as I can tell.


2. My son's SOL has a "little" Ford of some type. At 150+ miles, it's beginning to fall apart electricaly. Just got a Transmission Control Module to fix a "fussy crank" issue??? Oh, plus crank position sensors,
cam position sensors and more....


In the meanwhile his big 94 Dodge Cummins powered 3/4 4x4 rattles on at circa 300 K!!!
