All,

After a long period of waiting for parts I rebuild the cooling system of my jaguar s3 (van den plas/ daimler) v12 my 1987.

now I'm left with 2 coolant hoses that seem to have no logical connection.

All hoses needed, that come in the kevlar hose kit, are in use and the workshop manual doesn't show where the should go.

1: coolant hose from bottom of expansion tank



2. exit pipe (narrow) from the the top of the coolant pipe that connects the two bank of the engine.

OK, 3 coffees, the snaps make sense now.

There is a hose that joins the 2 spigots you have arrowed, thats it.

#1 in this parts drawing.

 

Hmm I should have done that, Heineken was my guide

I took a close look at the drawing to no avail.

Thanks, will hook it up tonight and hope I didn't make any mistakes.
