Default Cruise control

So I'm a bit bored today, decided to try and fix the cruise control. questions...
1. Is this actually the right part?
2. Silicone the bellows? How? Do you even get them out?

Default Need a little input now.

So I'm going thru this checklist, Im checking ohms and volts on wires.
Most tested fine, 3 did not
1 was the yellow/white going to the brakeswitch, so I checked the switch, it was wacky readings all over the place. I believe it's bad

2 is black/pink the switch on turn signal. suppose to be infinite untill you push button, should read 0. it reads infinite push button 1.5

3 is black/slate the on off resume. suppose to infinite in on/off and 0 in resume. It reads infinite in on/off but 3.2 in resume.

I realize that I need to replace the brake switch, but what the f is making the other 2 read so wacked out?

INPUT WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATED
