If you can get your hand up there to do it then that's the best way
If you can't then remove the speedo and tach. You'll then be able to reach those bulbs easily plus you'll now have two nice access holes to reach the others thru.
To remove the speedo and tach push them in firmly with your fingertips and turn counter-clockwise* about 45º. You need to push pretty hard on the rim of the instrument. Sometimes it helps to remove the cover for the center warning light cluster....it just pops off.
Any other bulbs easily accessible from under the dash while I'm at it?
