Hi all,

I "restored" my delanair mark ii this past summer. The heater matrix had gone, plugged, leaking and ultimately the hoses were plugged with wood dowels, intentionally, sealing off the matrix. I dismantled the entire unit, cleaned, repaired and painted it, replaced the matrix and renewed all the foam flap seals. I re-assembled it to the best of my abilities, but I'm not sure I got all of the linkages adjusted properly, especially the two coming off the control servo on the right side and the myriad of levers on that side too.

Can anyone help me by either providing specs as to what orientation the levers need to be in to provide optimum performance, or perhaps the actual measured lengths of the linkage rods from the clamp bolts to the levers.

My heat works... barely. I suspect that some of my levers and linkages require further tweaking to achieved this optimum performance, if that word is even achievable.

You probably can see the old marks on the rods where the clamp bolts were. This should get you close.
Just remember the rods are spring loaded so you will have to fight the spring load as you pull them down into the servo clamps
