Default Down pipe pics for Dave

Can’t seem to attach in the pm, so had to on here, everyone else may ignore this .

Dave, as you can see, the downpipes bolt straight to the ram horns, and are flanges at other end as well to attach your stuff.

Good pics Darren, thanks. Wow, that looks pretty tight around the rack. Does that shorty "nipple" coming out of the flange come with the head pipes or already welded on the head pipes? Is it a necessary item?

Thanks again,

Dave

They don’t come any hardware, all the bolts, nuts and studs came with the manifolds, i also waited until engine was in place before deciding where to drill for the o2 bungs, that way I have no clearance issues.

I just guessed where to drill the down pipes and weld in the bungs. it came out OK, but not optimal. Had to get extensions for the harness. the provider said that not unusual and they made them regularly. so far just fine.

I did note that the down pipe was just a tad canted on the driver side to clear the steering. Very nicely done/ Sun Coast was my source....

I did "stake" the studs in the flange of the ram horns.. so the nuts would run on..

And, painted the down pipes in aluminized paint.

Not asked, just for what it is worth, if anything.. .
