Dumb question - Crackshaft Bolt
OK I know this is a bit lame, but I'm getting frustrated not having the tools I used to own, and now I'm working on a Jaguar project (Head gasket replacment). Its been 20 years since I took a wrench to a Jagauar.
I am trying to find the size of socket to fit the crankshaft bolt (holding the harmonic balancer pulley on) so that I can rotate the engine to #6 tdc, so I can take the camshaft sprockets off.
I've tried 32mm, 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 32mm & 1/1/4' are too small, 1-1/2" is too big. Before I buy more sockets, does anyone have this information so I can move on in thsi project. I would appreciate the help.
