Default Exhaust Pipe without Catalyst

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between CAC9802 and C38137? Neither have a cat (I want to get rid of mine to reduce some of the heat coming from that area) but they differ in cost considerably:

Jaguar Genuine Part Number CAC9802 | Int Ex Pipe

Jaguar Genuine Part Number C38137 | Pipe&Silencr-Exh

what you want is the European Down Pipe, without cat, and you want the European "Y" pipe that follows, without cat either. Try Motorcars Ltd. in Texas, that's where I got mine.

New, Used, OEM Jaguar Parts and Land Rover Parts

TIP: use BAND CLAMPS, not "U" clamps that distort the pipe joins as you tighten them and then you can't separate them. Don't weld anything either, Jaguar never welded exhaust system parts in these cars. They used Firegum Exhaust Parts Adhesive, which you cannot get in the US but you can get a similar product from Permatex at auto parts stores.
