Pretty generic panel clips common to many British cars of the era. Try usual suppliers: Moss, SNG Barrett, etc. you may have to search for similar names.
Jaguar used those clips since the 1950's to the end of the 1970's for door panels and front seat back panels Should be easy to find in a salvage yard. I keep a bag of them because they break when pulling them.
