Default FICKLE HEADLIGHTS

On dim one side works, on bright the other side works. Brights used to give me both sides of the car but now I am a "padiddle" on brights and lower beams.....

Hey Doug, thank you for this exhaustive information. Have you compiled, or do you know of any resource for a similar rundown for the turn signals? Jose told mr to test some wires, but I still need to buy a tool to accomplish that. I would love a consice page of info I could hand to my mechanic and let him do it while I get my family moved to Arizona for my job transfer. I do love troubleshooting and repairng but haven't ANY time untill Feb.

Never got around to writing one for the turn signals, sorry. But you can go here:

http://www.skjagtech.co.uk/support-p...chematics.html

and download the wiring diagram for the signals so your mechanic has something to work with, at least.

Cheers

Hey Doug, my head lights just needed a fuse. The fuse box under the bonnet on the driver's side. I am missing the plastic cover that goes over that fuse box, do you know where I can find one? I am moving to Phoenix AZ in 2 weeks, there is probabally a salvage yard down there for old Jags.
