Default Fuel Injectors

Hello all, newbie here, with a question about the fuel injectors in my 1987 Vanden Plas. I saw a pinhole leak in my fuel rail, so I figured while I was replacing that, I'll clean and service the injectors as well as replace the hoses. Now that I have the injectors in my hand, I'm wondering if they were replaced at some point with an aftermarket set. They're marked FJ15, and don't look like the EAC1851 part called out in the manual.

I bought this service kit, which includes a set of pintle caps. From what I can tell, the injectors I have don't need pintle caps, but have the restrictor inside the nozzle (see pictures). When I pulled them out of the engine, there was only a manifold seal that came with it. Does this sound right?

Thanks for the help, I have basically 0 experience, so I'm trying to figure this out as I go.

Well, I've done a bit more research and it turns out I do have some aftermarket injectors installed. Strangely, they seem to be injectors that would've been on some late 80's Subarus, the largest of which would've been a 1.8L engine. So time to order some new injectors that'll better suit my car.

I'm basically using this as a notepad to catalog my progress on this repair, but feel free to chime in if you've got any pertinent info

Check out Jaguar Fuel Injector service in Florida; a gentleman by the name of S.D. Faircloth (www.jaguarfuelinjectorservice.com). He can service them but he also can get you an OEM set.

No affiliation, just a repeat customer.

P.S. By all means replace the o-rings on the end of the injector where it meets the manifold. Dried out o-rings cause intake air leaks and you can burn a valve if left long enough (don't ask how I know).
