Not on the Series III cars. Not sure about earlier models.
Let me edit that....
There is no *specific* fuel pump fuse on the Series III cars. I can't remember for sure if the fuel pump circuit shares a fuse with other circuits well upstream. I don't think so, but I'm a little foggy on that and don't have my diagrams at hand

Turned out to be a loose coil wire. The housing for the wire has broken away
