Default Gearbox

Hello everyone!
On my jaguar xj6 4.2 series 2 the screw of the gearbox holder is broken, so it only leans up, is it dangerous or does not change anything?
And an additive against losses for gearboxes ruins the overdrive?
Thank you!

What transmission do you have, automatic? or Manual transmission ?

I have the manual transmission, the problem is that it is also broken the screw housing so I should also replace the overdrive unit, the metal is broken.
