Help!!
WE HAVE A 1987 XJ6 VANDEN PLAS THAT WE CAN'T GET TO PASS EMISSIONS IN COLORADO!! 
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT WE MAY BEABLE TO DO TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. WE GOT IT FOR MY DAD 3 YRS AGO, AND IT'S IN PERFECT CONDITION...BUT HE CAN'T DRIVE IT! HELP!! ...AND THANK YOU!

Pam, do you have the report from the test station? If so, post back with the actual test results. They usually show where you failed and the actual emisson measurements.
Most often the problem is running "too rich"....that is, too much fuel. But, if you have the actual test results that would be helpful
