Pam, do you have the report from the test station? If so, post back with the actual test results. They usually show where you failed and the actual emisson measurements.

Most often the problem is running "too rich"....that is, too much fuel. But, if you have the actual test results that would be helpful

Or better yet move to North Dakota. No emission testing up here. Or if you have a friend who lives in Weld County Colorado register it there. Don't believe they have emission testing.
