Default How to remove center caps?

I tried popping off one of my center caps and broke off one of the tabs. I bought a parts car and want to take one off it. Is there a trick to removing the wheel center cap without breaking the metal tabs? I think I have the Kent wheels

Best done with the wheel off. But sometimes you can pull the cap away from the wheel 'just enough' to depress the tabs with a small, slender screwdriver or similar

Cheers

Wheel off and pop it from the backside. It will come right off.

Hi Hafrod,

Pop it out with the ball end handle of a screwdriver

Careful tap should do it

Cheers,
