Hi, can anyone help me with connections of carburetors?

The pipe from right upper is for fuel in and another from left?

 

They are your float bowl overflows. I have mine both going to a brass t piece just above the oil filter, then a single hose exiting behind the steering rack so it can drain onto the road.
