Default limp mode

I have a 93 xj6. Could a brake sensor cause my car to go into limp mode? ????

In answer to your question I doubt it. Unless the one that signals the traction control has some effect????.

Also, not biggy, but your '93, is what is known as an XJ40. Might be worth noting that as the cars in this section do not have a "limp" capability.

A simple repost will get many, many answers, unless one of the "Moderators" is lurking and can move it for you??.
