Looking for XJ6 Series 2 boot floor
Hi there,
First post, so please do forgive me for barging straight in!
My Father is currently restoring a Series 2 XJ6, but the previous owner ended up sticking the tow rope through a hole in the boot floor shortly before it was delivered to my Dad. This means that the floor is now effectively not salvageable, though it was heavily rusted in the first place.
He's now in need of a new one, but can't seem to source one anywhere at all, as they're obviously quite a problem area.
Does anyone know where he may be able to source one at all? If it's new, that would be superb, but used in good condition is also suitable.
We're based in the UK, but even if it has to be shipped overseas, that isn't a problem. The part number is RTC-115 (I believe), and any help would be hugely appreciated.
