lower radiator crossmembers

Are series 1,2 and 3 lower radiator crossmembers the same or interchangeable?
My S2 is rusted out and I need to replace it. Most doner cars I can find here are either series 1 or 3.
Also can these be bought new?

Parts CD says they are the same numbers

CD shows that the S1 and SII lower radiator support pieces are the same numbers.
