I've been working through Doug Dwyer's Fuel Pump Circuit Check List and have come across something that doesn't look right with my AFM. 15v goes into pin 39 but only 8v comes out of pin 36 which then feeds the Pektron Diode. According to most schematics of the 2AM the 39 and 36 are directly connected when the flap starts moving so I would have expected the same voltage at both pins when cranking. Doug's checklist does not specify an output voltage from pin 36.

So my question is - Does anyone know the correct output voltage from pin 36 or is someone able to measure the output at the Pektron diode pin2 while cranking?
