Default My Jaguar's idea of a joke

I am adjusting my hood for a better fit again.... or still .... and the hood latch on one side won't open. I know the screwdriver under the fender trick so I am not worried but I don't have time to fix it right then. So I am out driving and guess what? The hood latch pops open. Maybe when I want to open the hood I'll just go for a drive first.

It's those little things that show you it loves you.
If it didn't care (or worse, if it hated you), it would do something Really nasty, like start using 'just a little coolant' and there are no drips.

Oh, yes. Eccentric ! A minor understatement.

My house does not have a smooth apron transition from my drive to the road. A simpler and cheaper "rolled curb". Most of us have filled the filet in one way or another to ease the transition needed by newer and lower cars. Comin in off the road to the driveway at an angle can pop a latch. Translation. The part of the body forward of the fire wall does flex !
