I have a 96 XJ6, 03 XJ8, and a 03 S-Type and I am familiar with them. Today I picked up a 83 Series 3 XJ6 and she needs lots of attention. This accordion looking part circled in the attached picture came loose from the mounts and I do not know what that is. Anyone can identify it? Thank you!

Yes, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that replacement bellows are very reasonably priced. I paid $20 A few years ago.
