Consider Rockauto.com, they ship internationally or SNG Barret.
There was no XJ12 in 1986 here in the USA so you will have to lookup up the part as a 1986 XJS with V12, same motor as your car. That will be the same starter.

Some use aftermarket reduction gear starters. Lighter, smaller, easier to install.
Around '88 - '89 Jaguar itself went to a reduction gear starter on the V12s, although it is much different than the aftermarket units.
