rear door window question??

rear door window question??

can any of you folks explain what i need to do to replace the outer rear door window rubber (the rubber seal/water stopper at the bottom of window)

it pulls straight up, start at 1 end and gently pry up. Check the ends for screws inside the doors as some have screws
