Default Rear Trailing Arm bushing(s)

As I am tackling the rear brakes this weekend, I also plan on replacing both rear trailing arm bushings (both sides). Why not right?

Are these pressed in? Admittedly I have not really examined them but I did order new ones from CW. Just trying to pre plan my time management on Saturday. If they are pressed in, I may have to do that another time, not sure if I can find a press at the last minute.

Help/Experience/Tips on this appreciated!!

YES they are pressed in.

The small ones are simple enough to press in, BUT, the larger ones need your TOTAL attention as that section of the arm can be distorted very easily with the "grunt" of a simple shop press.

Make real sure you have the arm exactly square with the press ram, and a proper guide plate for the "pusher", so the whole thing goes in "nice and square". They cannot be hammered in as far as I know, due to damage, but I dare say someone has done it that way at some time??.

Here in OZ, the suppliers now have arms complete WITH bushes fitted, and not much more money than the 2 bushes, which is the way I go now.
