Question Rear underside body panel 76 XJ6L

Hello fellow Jag enthusiast have a question. What is the panel called that starts behind the rear bumper and curves down going under the car attaching to the fame underneath, for more clarification it has the holes in it that the tail pipes go through. I need one for my 76 and without the correct name I wont be able to find one. Better yet; has any body got one ?

Default I got brand new one from SNG Barratt

David suggested getting the new one due to costs in shipping and the labor
in removal. Rear valance was less than $200.00 shipped to me...

It fits S1, S2 and S3.... it is now installed and I replaced it as the PO had welded the exhaust holes shut and they exited under the valance.

In the very late 80s I fitted a new boot floor, and rear valance. I bought a "pattern" valence, but it didn't fit, then managed to get the money for the genuine Jaguar panel. This fitted perfectly.
