Default Rims from XKR....

Thinking of upgrading the wheels on my 00 XKR to 20", would the original 18" rims on there now fit my S3 XJ?

The wheels will fit, but they will run on the rear fenders over bumps or with a load in the rear.

20" on a 00 XK??????? That is WAYYYY too big for that car in my oppinion. Thats not classy, thats LOOK AT ME in a not so good way. AND it Kills performance and ride. 18" look perfect on an XK, and do not kill performance or ride.

Wrong board...but I wouldn't go with anything but the stock rims on your Jag. My personal preference.

why the wrong board? the question is on re-using my 18's from the XKR on my XJ....

XK's look good on 20's.... the BBS Daytona wheels and came with them out of the factory... personal preference anyway...

yes you can use the 18's on your 96-03 xj's. I have them on my 96 with a 275/40, and 255/40 rear/front and they did rub alittle in the rear till I put in new shocks and added a larger packing in the coil spring bucket. The car has a muscular bitchen stance now and rides way better than before. And people that dont know jags think I have a early 2000 something and surprised its a '96. And yes the XK did come with 20's as an option and I always personally feel the 18" rear wheels are too small for the very large wheel opening and 20's look much better.
