series 2, brake reservoir cap, or how to power bleed?

I have a air pressure, one man bleed kit, but no reservoir cap the right size. Does anyone have a trick for this situation,,,Mayonnaise lid?

Maybe source a spare lid for the reservoir and adapt that.

You do need a spare cap. Remove the inside parts. Go to local big box hardware store and a standard size fender washer will fit in the cap ring and seal against the top of the master. Then afix an interface to your power bleeder in the washer. It worked for me.
