Default Side project

Here's something I'm working on. Based on the S57 wiring diagrams doc in the stickies how-to section.

This is going to be a S3 wiring diagram that siows the actual wire runs in the vehicle. You'll be able to select a component ( black objects ) and it will display all the associated wiring. Each component will have external views to help with identification of the part and internal wiring diagrams as well.

I know it's redundant. The Jaguar doc is excellent. But I like projects like this, and I have learned that I learn best when I rewrite the information that I'm using. I've already discovered a few things that I didn't know while building it to this point.

I'll, of course, share a link when it's complete.

Have a great evening everyone!

JigJag"

That is really slick

Looking forward to the complete post.

We will al, enjoy it and make good use of it.

I'll print it out for inclusion in my extensive Jag lore, when
I get one of these "$##%^&" printers to work.

Default Hope it shows all the stupid connectors

Biggest fault with all the other diagrams is the lack of the location of the Jaguar connections... shows they exist but not where they are actually located...

This was one of the reasons that I started this project. Physically tracing circuits is tedious at best and often the only way to find the culprit.
