Default SII radiator fan removal

Have pulled the condensor and radiator and am now trying to remove the cooling fan from the water pump. I'm able to remove the bolt holding the viscous fan to the pump, but can't seem to get the fan assembly prised off. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Bill

RUST.

Between the pump snout and the bearing of the fan hub.

From your Sig, you are around Yachts, so will have access to some killer rust eaters. That's what you need, and TIME. Let that stuff soak, then a gentle drift tap from behind and it will slide off.

Default Fan removal

Have removed the water pump and fan as a whole assembly. And used some heavy duty rust remover in the shaft area. Now I'll give it some time.
