Stalling when slowing down/other Q’s
Thank you again for everyone helping me out getting this thing working. The car has developed an issue where it will stall when slowing down or braking. It doesn’t happen everytime but its 50/50. Its mostly when the engine is warm but had happened when cold too. It idles fine and will start back up after it stalls. I was thinking maybe a vacuum leak somewhere but im not sure, any advice would be greatly appreciated. On another note the car also seems to be choppy with its acceleration at first, it doesn’t necessarily struggle but between 0-30 MPH or 0-15 KMH (sorry my conversation probably isnt accurate) it seems to hesitate just the slightest bit. Not sure if this is a transmission problem or an air/fuel mixture problem. If I rev the engine in park above 3000 it sometimes will die as as well.

According to prior posts you have a Series III 4.2, correct?
The "could be" list on these running issues can get a bit long.
For the stalling issue I would begin by making sure the throttle body is clean and the throttle blade is set at the proper .002" gap.
Just for the heck of it make sure the duct between the Air Flow Meter and the throttle body is not loose/broken/leaking. This can cause weirdness. Also, check the bundle of ground wires at the rear of the water rail. Is the connection clean and tight? The entire fuel injection system is grounded at this single point!

Or it could be an injector problem: dirty injectors, or a problem with the injector harness.
The dies-when-revved-over-3000 thing is quite odd. My first thought is fuel starvation.
It's possible (common, actually) to have a stack-up of different faults. Dig in and fix faults as you find them, then keep going.
Cheers

The choppy running could be an old fashioned ignition misfire: spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap.....that sort of thing.
