Default Start up question

New battery, alternator, volt regulator, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs.

What could be the possible cause of extended cranking time but fires right up the second crank and drives normal? I was thinking maybe the spark plugs wires since I had a valve cover gasket oil leak I just fixed about 2 month ago

The car sat for about 2 and a half hours and the temp is around the 20's-30's. I just started it and it fired right up after just getting home and waiting about 45 mins
