Default Transmission fluid low
What type of transmission fluid can I add to my 1986 XJ6 And can I add synthetic to it?
I am not changing the fluid it is low I just want to add to it.

You can find all the technical information and maintenance details for the Borg Warner 66 gearbox under the 'stickies' heading for this forum.

The unit uses Type F ATF.
