As seen on Craigslist "Seattle edition" under Cars for Sale - Jaguar
- has an El Camino rear end (sheet metal bodywork)

There is a very nice El Camino parked for the last two weeks where I frequent. The rear glass surround is butchered but the rest is driver-quality.

Maybe Xj40? Hood is wrong for an Xj6, and fender leaper is too high.

I've seen pictures of a few over the years. All completely lost the back seat and roof, unlike this one that merely sub'd in the tail end of an el Camino. A clever repair of a rear end collision?

One neat execution was grafting on the entire rear from cab back on of a Chevrolet S10. Making one sound car of two wrecked ones? that car was a lump.

Some in Oz done in UTE fashion, rather nicely.

I could live with one very nicely!! but, I'm resisting acquiring more stuff!!!

Way back when it was popular. My school chum Billy's 27 T started life as a roadster. But had acquired a pickup bed in lieu of the trunk lid and sill. Very useful on our camping trips.

Another school pal had a summer job at an auto electric shop. Their
shop truck was late thirties Chevrolet coupe. It came with a pickup bed like bed and tail gate in lieu of a trunk and sill.

The Buick div. of GM built themselves a similar vehicle. Buick based, of course, mid 30's. It survives!!!

Correct, it's an XJ40. The other tell-tale feature is gas the bonnet struts.
