On a 1986 XJ6, where does the vacuum line lead to at the back of the throttle body. See the highlighted picture. My car currently has a 2" hose that leads to no where!

On my car its a 2 inch hose to a T one side goes under intake, dont remember where and i just drove car and its hot so not shoving hand down in there.other side.of.T Goes up front along fender and into a hole that if i remember correctly goes to the charcoal cannister in the wheel well. Hope that helps.

 

VERY helpful thank you! My "T" is missing. I have the line going to the charcoal canister and I wasn't sure if it was an L or a T. I still need to track down that second line!! I seem to go dizzy trying to go from the vacuum diagrams, so this is helpful.

Let me know if anyone knows where that second branch leads.

Figured it out! There was a vacuum line tucked away. Bought a T and sorted it out. Thanks for putting me in the right direction. Even smoothed my idle a bit.
