Anybody know what year these seats are? They look pretty good.

Those look like seats from a 1995-96-97 XJ6...the X300 series

Cheers

I think it's stock, though definitely an upgrade over the pov pack. It's just in incredibly good condition. If you're seriously considering this car, & the rest of it is as good as the interior, which it appears to be from the pics. I'd put a serious bid in. It looks like a good 'un to me. Just do it late, before the auction closes. Good luck!

Definitely not stock, modern steering wheel and electric seats. As well as pull handles with chrome ends on doors added, and series 2 or 3 pockets in rear doors with speakers. All series 1's I have seen have black seat belt receivers, not colour matched to seats.
Plastic backs on the front seats, probably not around until mid 90's. I think Doug has got it right.

Nice paint and colored matching Furflex around the door openings.. very deluxe. A nice combination of added features improving on the S1 interior...Front seat belts installed in "B" pillars as I did...a lot of nice touches.

Will be watching this sale... hope he gets a great price for the nice car.

Sure would have liked to see the engine bay. And, that installation of the LT1 engine. My car is so powered.

They do look like X300 seats, but stock X300 seats have a larger multi-directional power adjustment switch. Maybe these seats are from XJ40, possibly?? Or the maybe the original X300 switch has been replaced with this twin set up? The steering wheel looks like XJ40. Something of a hybrid going on there!

I stand corrected by superior knowledge. No shame there.
I thought they were stock because they look so professionally installed. Whoever did that car did an excellent job. I just shudder when I think what it must have cost!

I think they may be from an xj40 as well.
They would cost considerably less than having the original seats restored to that sort of condition and have the benefit of being electric and possibly heated. Look completely at home in there though.

Ya, I was thinking the seats were from an x300. Had the same thoughts on the seat switches. They look like an add-on.
