Default Whats that Rattle?

While waiting on my MC and Booster parts, I thought I'd start thinking about another issue the Jag has, (Series 1 conversion). There is a rattle coming from unknown origin at this time. It doesn't always do it and if I jack up front of vehicle it will go away for a bit. It is brought on by braking and is rotational. The harder I brake the more pronounced. Something is definitely shifting in, Transmission? I recorded it at idle but its just random at idle and you cant hear the rotational rattle or rubbing as when braking.

I'm open to opinions; loose mounts, torque converter? I hade the trans housing cover off and didn't see anything but didn't put a wrench on anything to check tightness.

the sound clip is too short, let it record for 2 minutes, but it sure doesn't sound like an XJ-6 original engine noise. It does sound somewhat like a bearing, maybe a water pump / idler pulley / belt tensioner bearing.

It's a long shot but it sounds to me like a metal transmission line rattling against the block or starter.

Sorry Guys sound clip was restricted due to video size. I need to make another recording after I get brakes back in operation. When car stops the noise becomes more rotational or grinding in nature.
