Does anyone know the voltage at which the radio illumination bulbs run at or can supply me with the replacement LEDs and resistors.

While you may get excellent and accurate help here, this section deals with an earlier model XJ which does not share radio in common with yours. A repost in the X300 section (where there are lots of folks who know this car well) may net you better advice.

Further, those seeking advice on this topic in future may have an easier time finding this thread there.
