I have been building and racing with motorcycles since young child (I’m 57 now.) and last 26 years also with Porsche.
Now I have purchased a 86" XJ V12 for 1000€, who I pretend convert into a classic rally car at local rallies at Canarian island`s where I live.
The car is mixing oil/cooling water so cylinder heads need to go of, at same time I will polishing and making some minor porting.
Change camshaft for some more indicated units for rally at mountain roads, I need recommendation regarding brand etc…
At same time I will rebuild lower end of the motor.
I need swap for manual gearbox, which units fits this engine?
